Frequently Asked Questions
  • What is an Immersive Walkthrough?

An immersive walkthrough is one of the newest and most interactive ways to view a space without the need to be there!  Our unique virtual tours provide a complete 360-degree view of a space with which a user can interact.

The scans are captured using state of the art cameras and technology to enable the viewer to feel as if they’re standing within a room, controlling their movement, zooming in and out and giving them the ability to focus in on areas of interest.

  • How do I book services?

Whether you want to book us, or simply just want to chat through your requirements, we offer a free consultation for all.

Simply complete our Enquiry Form and we’ll get right back to you with further details.

  • What's it cost?

That is the million dollar question (although we guarantee it won't be a million dollars!).

We base our prices on the size of the area to be scanned but as a guide price, the cost for scanning a small home/apartment and providing the 3D tour, starts at approx £199 + VAT.

  • What areas do you cover?

We're based in Hertfordshire but our Team operates throughout the United Kingdom and further afield.  Whilst alot of our work is in London, Hertfordshire and the South East we're always happy to travel too.

We also have partners operating in Southern Spain, covering the Costa del Sol.

  • How long does the scanning take?

This depends upon the complexity of the space being captured.

A simple scan can take anything from 60 minutes for a two-bed apartment up to four hours for larger venues across multiple floors.

We aim to provide you with the first render of your 3D model to review within 48 working hours of completing the 3D capture.

  • Do you offer other Services?

Absolutely! In addition to our unique 3D virtual tours, we can provide high-res 2D photographs, floor plans and can also upload your virtual tour to show on Google Street View too.

In addition, our Sister Company - Big Buzz Solutions - also offers App Development and Website Development Services.

Ask us for more details if you require these services!

  • Can I view my tour on different devices?

    Yes!

All of our immersive tours are compatible with iPads, iPhones, Android Smartphones, Tablets, some Smart TV’s, PCs, Macs and most desktop devices.

  • What’s the benefit of a virtual tour?

Whilst a picture can tell a thousand words, a virtual tour can speak a million!

No matter how good they are, photographs can’t  convey the feeling of actually being there.  And that’s where a virtual tour takes things to an exciting new level!

Looking around, interacting and engaging with a space, as if you were actually there, provides  you with a unique way to promote your business, sell properties, showcase a venue and attract potential customers too.

  • What do I need to prepare before the scans?

Our Virtual Tour Specialists will arrive on site at the agreed time on the day and will just need to be let into the premises and will then be self-sufficient. Please note that it's important that the space is ready to scan when they arrive.

The 3D scans will pick up everything in detail so if you have anything on display that you don't want to appear in the virtual tour you need to move or cover this beforehand.

Due to the complexity of the technology used to create the 3D virtual tours, we are unable to remove or hide items that appear in the scan post scanning so making sure the space is ready to be scanned before we start is important.

Have a walk around prior to our team's arrival and follow the simple rule of 'what you can see is what you will get' so if there are any notices, images, documents etc that may be on walls or desks that you don't want to be seen you will need to cover these or remove them before the scan begins.

Whilst the tech does provide a limited ability to blur faces on larger images, this is dependent on the size of the picture so removing or covering things you know you don't want captured is the best way to manage this.
